The blood product manufacturing workshop of Sichuan Yuanda Shuyang Pharmaceutical has been awarded the title of "Excellent Intelligent Manufacturing Scene of MIIT in 2023" and "Digital Workshop of Chengdu City in 2023".

On April 8, 2022, Yuanda Shuyang's new blood product manufacturing base (West Gaoxin Zone) was officially put into production. The base covers an area of 180 mu, with a total investment of over RMB 2 billion. Yuanda Shuyang has joined hands with the world's top industrial automation and information technology service enterprises to carry out top-level design of information technology and automated process control system, build an internationally leading Industry 4.0 blood products pharmaceuticals intellectual manufacturing base with IT & OT integration, and realize digital management of the whole process in the factory. A variety of automated transfer equipment has been utilized to achieve unmanned transfer of source plasma, materials and products. The plant is equipped with digital visualization system, digital workshop central control, security video monitoring, building control center, paperless collection of sensor data under each system in the park, and logical operation to realize collaborative scheduling and distribution between systems, real-time feedback, process management, authority review, etc. and constantly iterated to achieve comprehensive digital park management. The new production base has applied for a total of 51 patents, 35 of which have been authorized. The new production base has an annual plasma delivery capacity of 1,500 tons, which can be expanded to 2,000 tons, covering the production demand of the whole product chain. It is the world's leading industrialization base for blood products.
