1. Formulate product market strategy and product positioning, propose product market development programs and development planning.
 2. Formulate product development strategy and annual marketing plan, and supervise the implementation.
3. Responsible for product promotion planning and professional copywriting.
4. Regularly collect and analyze the latest clinical application progress of products domestically and internationally, and refine the key points of product promotion.

1. Organize, decompose and follow up the terminal sales tasks and development tasks within the jurisdiction to ensure that the business objectives are reached. 
2. Responsible for screening and communicating with regional promotion companies and terminal distributors, timely signing cooperation agreements, strengthening business compliance monitoring and effectiveness follow-up, conducting risk analysis in a timely manner, and proposing effective management suggestions to improve terminal coverage and market share. 
3. Conduct follow-up visits to key customers to ensure smooth operation of key business nodes.

1. This position is designed to train core, high-potential R&D personnel, primarily engaged in the R&D of blood products and recombinant products.
2. Cultivation direction: Project leader, medicinal product registration, R&D quality system (QA), quality standard system, clinical research.
